We test the appliance and explain what we've found, including any safety concerns and repair options.

Agree the repair

We discuss the work and parts required. Where a follow-up visit is needed, we'll explain the next steps.

We separate investigation from repair work so you can make an informed decision. Parts are charged separately where required.

  • Diagnosis only: £60 for the first hour (credited if a standard repair proceeds)
  • Standard boiler repair: £290 total labour including the first hour of diagnosis
  • Replacement parts charged separately
  • Parts, additional diagnostic time and non-standard work quoted separately before proceeding

Before you book

What if my boiler needs a part?

We'll explain the fault, identify the required part and discuss the cost and availability before carrying out additional work.

Can you guarantee a repair on the first visit?

Not every fault can be resolved immediately. The first visit is for safe diagnosis; parts or further work may be needed.

What if I can smell gas?

Do not use electrical switches or naked flames. Turn off the gas at the meter if safe, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
